Using 5to9
These terms apply to the 5to9: Habit & Energy Tracker app and to get5to9.com, both provided by Reno App Studio. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
A wellbeing tool, not medical advice
5to9 helps you track habits and how you feel. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Insights are patterns in your own logs, not proof of cause and effect. For health concerns, talk to a qualified professional.
Your licence
We give you a personal, free, non-exclusive licence to use the app on devices you own or control. Please don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app, or use it to break the law.
Your data and backups
Your data belongs to you and is stored on your phone, as described in our privacy policy. You're responsible for keeping backups you care about. If you clear the app's data, uninstall it or lose your phone without a backup, your data can't be recovered, because we don't have a copy.
Google services
Google Drive backup and Google sign-in are provided by Google and are subject to Google's own terms and policies. They need an internet connection and a Google account.
Price and changes
5to9 is free. We may improve, change or stop parts of the app over time. If we ever introduce paid features, their price and terms will be shown clearly before you pay, and nothing you already have in the free app will be locked away.
No warranty
We work hard to make 5to9 reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Reminders, widgets and backups depend on your phone's settings and may sometimes be delayed or fail.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of the United Arab Emirates, without affecting any rights you have under the laws of the country you live in.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.
